Posture Perfect - Day 1

Hey there,

Welcome to the 5-day mini Posture Perfect course!

I just couldn’t wait to introduce myself. I’m Alex. My husband and I started this little company after I had said “enough is enough!”

I was so done with feeling tired after being slouching over all day in front of the computer. The posture corrector we developed was life-changing for me, so I absolutely had to share it with the world!

This 5-day mini Posture Perfect course will help you to be the best version of yourself and finally start feeling comfortable in your body.

Are you ready for day 1? 


Have you ever heard of the Superman? And no, I’m not talking about the man wearing a cape. This is a back exercise that will engage your abs and strengthen your back. The perfect way to kick off our challenge!

Here’s how you do it:

  1. Lay on a mat or flat surface, belly down with your arms outstretched or elbows bent if that’s too much
  2. Raise your arms and legs 4 inches off the ground
  3. Hold for 5 seconds, then return to starting position
  4. Repeat 10 times! Note: try to keep your neck as long relaxed as possible, and squeeze extra with your abs and lower back

That’s it!

If you do one session (of 10 supermans) once today, you’ll feel better immediately.
