Posture Perfect - Day 4
Welcome to day 4 of the healthy body and mind challenge! I’m so excited we’ve made it this far. Only 2 challenges to go!
For challenge 4, we want to focus on your environment. This is such a big part of a healthy posture that’s often missed when we’re trying to make a change. I encourage you to make your home and work environment more posture friendly.
Don’t worry - it’s not as complicated as it sounds! Just ask yourself a few simple questions...
- How comfortable is your work chair?
- How many pillows do you have on your bed? Are they firm enough?
- Is your computer set up ergonomic? Do you have a laptop stand and keyboard?
- Where’s your yoga mat located? Should it be more visible to encourage your stretches?
To put it simply, today is about posture-proofing your surroundings… And when you’re finished, snap a pic and tag us @berlin.daughter. Bonus points if you put up post-its to remind yourself to stretch and sit up straight. I’d love to see what you come up with!
